Satisfaction & Return Policy
Your Satisfaction: It's my goal that my clients are always satisfied. My best advertisement is your referral and my work hanging on your wall and I will always do my best to make sure both happen. I will do anything within reason to make sure you are satisfied with your portrait session.
Prints and Products: If for some reason you've received the incorrect or a damaged product and want to return an item, you can call 813-205-4856 or contact us through our Contact Us Form or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, subject: returns and refunds to get further instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. All custom made photo product sales are final (this includes but is not limited to albums, frames, gallery wraps, digital video, etc).
Refunds: We will process refunds within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. The product must be returned in satisfactory condition which means it is not damaged, broken, worn or altered in any way. Upon the satisfactory return of the product, we will process a refund for the product minus shipping charges. Please include the packing slip that came with your order when you return the product.
